Royal Mail Deliveries
We send most small and medium size orders by 48HR TRACKED. You will receive a dispatch notification and tracking number to let you know that your order is on its way to you.
Depending on Royal Mail’s service in your area, delivery can take up to 5-7 working days. Tracking information is only provided by Royal Mail once they have attempted delivery so please allow 72 hours from sending. If you miss a delivery by Royal Mail, they will leave a card to allow you to arrange re-delivery or collection.
DPD Deliveries
We usually send all larger orders with DPD.
You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched and this will also contain your tracking details.
You will be updated by text/e-mail as to the progress of your order at each stage, including the expected one hour delivery window.
You can track your online order below - your order number can be found in your confirmation email.
Remember if you selected free delivery to school this will leave us at the end of the month.
