We want all of our customers to receive the same standard of excellent customer service from order stage all the way through to delivery and after sale care. You can use our online returns facility below to return items by post or you can exchange or return, in person to store. Any unworn items can be returned provided the labels are attached (see below for further information).
You should receive a dispatch notification from us to let you know that your order is on its way. This notification will also contain your tracking information, for your convenience. If you did not receive a dispatch notification, please do check your spams folder.
You can also track the progress of your order by going into the Track your order section of our website and entering your email address and order number.

You can also return your order for free to us at Kingston Park, Newcastle, provided that our returns sheet is included inside the parcel, containing all of the relevant information. We will refund you within 48 working hours via the same payment method used for purchase.

Our hope is that you will be entirely satisfied with your new uniform but if, for any reason, you need to return an item, we are here to help. We will happily refund the price of the item provided that the goods are returned in their original condition with all labels intact. After 30 days of purchase, returned items may be accepted at our discretion. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further guidance.
Please note that your right to return items does not apply to saleable products which fall into the following categories:
a/ Items which have been supplied correctly to a special order (Eg made to order, special sizes or personalised items);
b/ Socks and tights;
d/ Uniform which has been or is being discontinued or changed by the school.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Manufacturing faults, although rare given our rigorous testing, can ocassionally occur and normally become apparent after just a few wears, if not on first inspection.
If you believe that the goods which you have received are faulty, you should return these to us as soon as possible. Most faults become apparent in the first few weeks, if not immediately. For faults arising after use, you should return the item as soon as the issue first becomes apparent and within 90 days. Please do not attempt to fix it yourself as this negates the manufacturer's warrantee.
Items returned after 90 days will be dealt with at our discretion and may be sent for for further testing to determine the cause, where it is unclear.
Any product quality issues should be notified to us by e-male (together with images if possible).
Our Size Guarrantee
We know that sizes can sometimes change unexpectedly over the summer, with our size guarrantee you can swap sizes after any length of time, we simply ask the the goods are unworn with the labels intact. Our size guarrantee applies to goods purchased online, in-store and at Popupshops.
Other Information FAQ's
We will refund the price less postage, as this part of our service to you will be complete. In any event our liability to you is limited to the original price paid and this will represent the maximum amount which may be refunded, subject to our terms, in all cases.
