QEHS and HMS Popupschoolshop Saturday 17th May 2025

Fittings for BOTH school uniforms will take place in the Wintergarden Building at Queen Elizabeth High School Hexham (SEE TIMES BELOW:)

We would like to offer new starters to HMS and QEHS the opportunity to book an expert fitting at School on Saturday the 17th of May between 9.30am and 12.30pm.  Your child will be able to try on their new uniform, with our advisors on hand to provide you with help and advice.

• You will be able to purchase uniforms (using card or cash) on the day.
• Please note the card machine signal can fail so it is best to bring cash where possible.
• When you book your new starter fitting session below, you will receive an email confirming your appointment details (pls check spams if you don't receive this). 
• Please enter the student name on the booking form
• Students should wear thin clothes (shorts and t-shirts) to enable clothes to be tried on top.
• As a courtesy to other parents please only book one appointment even if you are bringing more than one child.

• We request that students of new starters attend with just one parent or carer on the day.

If you are unable to attend the Popupshop at school, you can make an appointment to visit our store, in Kingston Park, Newcastle instead, but please note that availability is extremely limited so book online ASAP.  Access to our store will only be possible with an appointment.
