These beautifully crafted 90% Wool, 10% Nylon blazers have been developed to provide  harder wearing capabilties and this combination is our biggest selling wool fabric. We also offer 100% Pure New Wool (PNW) at a heavier weight. 

All our fabric for this range of Blazers, is made at Hainsworths based in Leeds;  a family run business steeped in history and renouned for their quality wool products.

Hainsworth produce fabric for the uniform of the Household Cavalry which you can see outside Buckingham Palace and fabric for the plush interiors of Windsor Castle through to the fastest snooker and pool table cloth in the world!

Hainsworth hold a Royal Warrant which you can see as part of the information on the Blazer.

The Blazers can all be made in a huge range of colours, be embelished with school badges, tape or cord as required.The fusibles and shoulder structures are the best available, giving extra comfort, smartness and performance.

• When the blazers are needed (orders for BTS are placed in December)
• We will order 20% extra fabric for repeats
• Which colour as core colours will cost less than special colours.
• Special colours increase lead times and cost
• Air freight is available to reduce lead times at an additional cost
• Plain, embroidered, taped and corded are all available
